Processing & Handling Time
• Orders are processed within 3-5 business days for in-house prints (8x10 to 13x19 inches).
• Larger prints (18x24 and 24x30 inches) are fulfilled by an external printer and may take 7-10 business days to process.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We offer flat-rate shipping within the U.S.:
• Standard Shipping (UPS Ground): $10 (8x10 to 13x19 prints)
• Large Print Shipping (UPS Ground): $25 (18x24 and 24x30 prints)
• Free Shipping on Orders Over $100
Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days (after processing).
International Shipping
We currently ship worldwide using UPS. Flat-rate shipping prices by region:
• Canada: $30
• Mexico: $35
• United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands: $45
• Italy, Spain: $50
• Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, China: $50-$55
• United Arab Emirates: $60
• Brazil, Argentina: $60
• South Africa: $65
Estimated delivery time: 5-15 business days, depending on location and customs processing.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country. These fees are not included in the shipping price and are determined by local customs authorities.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We carefully package all orders to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will work on a resolution.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with your local carrier or neighbors before reaching out.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the nature of art prints, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
